Welcome to the Adventr Interactive Holiday Card experience ("Experience"), operated by Ossum Technology, Inc. dba Adventr ("Adventr," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using this Experience, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms").
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Experience.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Experience.
If you select the not safe for work ("Spicy") content option offered, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
2. User Submissions
When you create a holiday card, you may submit:
- Your name
- A mobile phone number
- A selfie image
- A content style preference (Family-Friendly or NSFW)
You represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to submit the image you upload
- Your submission does not infringe on the rights of any third party
- You are submitting your content voluntarily
3. License to Adventr
By submitting content, you grant Adventr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, process, modify, host, display, and distribute your submission solely for the purpose of creating and delivering the Experience.
This license is limited to operating and promoting the Experience and does not transfer ownership of your content to Adventr.
4. Voice Interaction
The Experience may request access to your device's microphone to enable voice-powered interactions.
Microphone access is optional but required for full functionality.
Adventr does not record or store voice audio beyond what is necessary to operate the Experience.
5. NSFW Content
If you select NSFW content:
- You acknowledge that the Experience may include adult humor
- You confirm that you are 18 years of age or older
- You accept responsibility for sharing such content appropriately
Adventr does not guarantee that NSFW content will be suitable for all audiences.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
- Impersonate another person
- Attempt to disrupt or exploit the Experience
- Use the Experience for commercial purposes without permission
7. Availability & Changes
The Experience is provided "as is" and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.
Adventr does not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Experience is provided "as is" and "as available."
Adventr makes no warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Adventr shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- User reactions to shared content
- Loss of data or content
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
